Language
English and German – per user for replies, per server for public messages.
Evil6 speaks English and German – per user. Everyone gets replies in their own language, no matter which language the server uses.
Two levels #
👤 Your language
Used for everything Evil6 says only to you – command replies, error messages, DMs. Default: automatic, based on your Discord language. Change it with /language me; it applies on every server.
🏛️ Server language
Used for public messages everyone sees – logs, level-ups, giveaways and more. Default: English. Change it with /language set (admins).
/language info shows both settings at a glance.
German command names #
In the German Discord client many commands show German names – e.g. /sprache instead of /language or /protokoll instead of /logging. They're the same commands; Discord just shows the translation. These docs use the English names.
